LIQUID DIET

LIQUID%2BDIET

What is liquid diet? And why should we follow?
  • 4 Pillars need to follow in this diet.
  • We should not touch solid food in this diet.
  • Whenever you feel hungry just follow the below pillars and have soups intermediately. There is no restriction.
    • Pillar 1 - fat: 
      • Select any one or two oils and consume directly or indirectly.
      • We can use these oils in preparing veg or non-veg soups.
      • We can intake 10 to 20 grams of oil for about 6 to 7 times in a day. Totally we should intake minimum 70-100 grams of fat per day.
    • Pillar 2 - water:
      • Its compulsory to have 4 litres of water in a day.
    • Pillar 3 - lemons:
      • Its mandatory to have 3 lemons daily without fail.
      • We can consume lemons with hot water or butter milk(2 spoons curd with 1 liter water).
    • Pillar 4 - multi vitamin tablets:
      • Need to intake 2 tablets one in the morning and another in the evening.
  • Along with the above pillars we can also have the below items:
    • Green tea
    • Lemon tea (without honey/sugar)
    • Bullet proof coffee
    • Veg/non-veg soup (without pulp)
To break this diet: 
  • Please remember that we should break this diet with only nuts or sprouts.
  • After one hour need to have veg curry otherwise we may get health issues. 
One meal diet 
Once after completing the liquid diet we should go for one meal diet. After breaking liquid diet with nuts we should consume veg curry/salad only one time in a day. 

One meal diet = liquid diet + veg. Curry/salad.

Continue one meal diet with veg curry or salad for 2 to 3 days. After that you can opt for non-veg curry also.

Two meal diet 

Once after completing the liquid diet and one meal diet we should go for two meal diet. Break the one meal diet. After a week start having two meals per day.
