FAT:
- 70 TO 100 GRAMS OF FAT NEED TO BE CONSUMED PER DAY IN THIS DIET PROGRAM.

- 3. BUTTER (EITHER AMUL OR VIJAYA)

- 5. MALAI (WHICH FORMS ON TOP OF THE CURD)

WATER:
