WE ARE GOING TO FOLLOW 4 PILLARS IN THIS KETO DIET.

  • FOUR PILLARS ARE:

    • 1. FAT

    • 2. WATER

    • 3. LEMONS

    • 4. MULTI VITAMIN TABLETS

 

FAT: 

  • 70 TO 100 GRAMS OF FAT NEED TO BE CONSUMED PER DAY IN THIS DIET PROGRAM.

    • FAT FOODS:

      • 1. COCONUT OIL (100% RESULT)
      • 2. GHEE
      • 3. BUTTER (EITHER AMUL OR VIJAYA)
      • 4. CHEESE
      • 5. MALAI (WHICH FORMS ON TOP OF THE CURD)
      • 6. OLIVE OIL (SHOULD NOT USE FOR FRYING FOODS)


WATER: 

  • FOUR LITRES OF WATER NEED TO BE CONSUMED IN THIS DIET PROGRAM.
  • ITS COMPULSORY TO INTAKE 4 LITRES OF WATER DAILY.

LEMONS:

  • 3 LEMONS SHOULD BE CONSUMED DAILY EITHER WITH BUTTER MILK OR HOT WATER.

    • BUTTER MILK PREPARATION: 

      • (2 SPOONS CURD + 1 LITRE WATER) without salt.

MULTI VITAMIN TABLETS:

  • WE SHOULD INTAKE MULTI VITAMIN TABLETS BASED ON THE DIET PLAN YOU SELECTED.
    • LIQUID DIET (2 TABLETS PER DAY)
    • ONE MEAL DIET (1 TABLETS PER DAY)
    • TWO MEAL DIET (1 TABLET PER DAY)
