FAT:
- 70 TO 100 GRAMS OF FAT NEED TO BE CONSUMED PER DAY IN THIS DIET PROGRAM.

- 3. BUTTER (EITHER AMUL OR VIJAYA)
- 5. MALAI (WHICH FORMS ON TOP OF THE CURD)
- 6. OLIVE OIL (SHOULD NOT USE FOR FRYING FOODS)
WATER:
- FOUR LITRES OF WATER NEED TO BE CONSUMED IN THIS DIET PROGRAM.
- ITS COMPULSORY TO INTAKE 4 LITRES OF WATER DAILY.
LEMONS:
- 3 LEMONS SHOULD BE CONSUMED DAILY EITHER WITH BUTTER MILK OR HOT WATER.
- (2 SPOONS CURD + 1 LITRE WATER) without salt.
MULTI VITAMIN TABLETS:
- WE SHOULD INTAKE MULTI VITAMIN TABLETS BASED ON THE DIET PLAN YOU SELECTED.
- LIQUID DIET (2 TABLETS PER DAY)
- ONE MEAL DIET (1 TABLETS PER DAY)
- TWO MEAL DIET (1 TABLET PER DAY)
