The following
suggestions are meant for the people who want to come out from diabetes
completely not for weight loss.
* This
program designed for 3 months to completely remove diabetes from your body.
* You must
stop the medication once you start this diet.
2 Meal Diet:
Diabetic people have
to follow 2 meal diet. It is suitable for the people who are 5 to 15kg
overweight of their BMI. And also suitable for the beginners who are not
comfortable to leave solid food immediately and adopt four pillars.
You have to follow
below Four pillars and take Solid food only 2 times per day.
Solid Foods:

Curry(veg/non-veg)
- 2 times per day(Lunch & Dinner)
·
Nuts
·
Seeds
·
Cucumbers
- Keera
·
Carrot
·
Powder
of Flax
·
Sesame
seeds etc
Rest of the day
whenever you feel hungry, you have to take only liquids like soups,
buttermilk(1 liter water + 2 spoons curd), green tea/lemon tea/Bullet proof
coffee without sugar or honey. Take fat in chunks with tea/soups/lemon
water/coffee - not more than 20 grams each time.
*Should not take
anything that can be chewed once after completing two solid meals/curries.
Four Pillars of the program
should be taken.
- Fat - 100-140 grams
- Water - 4 Liters
- Lemons - 3
- Multivitamin Tablet -1
In this diet we
should intake 100-140 grams of fat should be taken for first 10 days. From 11th
on-wards need to consume 80-100 grams of Fat.

can take the food allowed in this diet whenever you are hungry. (There is no
restriction for number of meals).

should not do liquid diet unless you commit a mistake during the diet.

You
can take non-vegetarian food up to 500 grams per day.

You
can take Eggs up to 6 eggs per day.

can take Paneer up to 200 grams per day.
·
You
can take Mushrooms up to 200 grams per day.
·
You
can prepare fry items in order to consume more fat.
*STRICTLY SAY NO TO FOODS WHICH WE SHOULD NOT TAKE IN THIS
DIET.

- Onion -1 per day (if Small-2 /Big -1)
- Carrot - 1 per day (if Small-2 /Big -1)
