Once after completing the Liquid diet and one meal diet we should go for Two meal diet. Break the one meal diet. After a week start having two meals per day.

It is suitable for the people who are 5 to 15 kg overweight of their BMI.

Also suitable for the beginners who are not comfortable to leave solid food immediately and adopt four pillars.

TWO MEAL DIET PLAN:

  • Four Pillars of the program must be followed.
  • You have to take solid foods only two times per day. For example if you take your 1st meal(Curry, Nuts, Seeds, Cucumbers, Carrot and powder of Flax and Sesame seeds etc) at 10am in the morning, you have to take 2nd meal at about 6 to 7 pm in the evening. Rest of the day whenever you feel hungry you have to take only liquids like soups, butter milk, green/black tea, black/bulletproof coffee only but you should not take anything that can be chewed.
  • The Items mentioned in the point number 2 is to be taken within the given limitations only(Nuts, seeds, flax seeds powder) and taking them is only optional in order to maintain good energy levels not compulsory.
  • The Fat stored in our body, starts burning, if we keep our stomach on fast for more than 13 to 16 hours, hence maintain gap between meal.
  • The intention or motto behind fasting is to keep us stay fit by burning food fat stored in our body.
  • You have to take fat in chunks with green tea, veg soup, nonveg soup, lukewarm water+lemon or Bulletproof coffee.(Not more than 20grams each time) in order to maintain good energy levels throughout the day and to avoid motions and vomitings.
  • You have to switch to liquid diet if you commit any mistakes during the diet program.
