ONE MEAL DIET

ONE MEAL DIET:

It is suggestible for the people who are above 15 to 20kg overweight of their BMI.

People who got stuck in weight reduction during Two meal diet.

Once after completing the Liquid diet we should go for One meal diet. After breaking liquid diet with nuts we should consume veg curry/salad only one time in a day. 

ONE MEAL DIET = LIQUID DIET + VEG. CURRY/SALAD

Continue One meal diet with veg curry or salad for 2 to 3 days. You can opt for Non-Veg curry also.

One meal diet plan:

  • Solid food should be taken only once in a day.(Curry, Nuts, Seeds, Cucumbers, Carrot and powder of Flax and Sesame seeds)
  • You have to take Fat in chunks either with green tea, veg/non-veg soup, lukewarm water or Bulletproof coffee.(Not more than 20grams each time) in order to maintain good energy levels throughout the day and to avoid vomiting and motions.
  • After having one meal whenever you feel hungry you have to take only liquids like soups, buttermilk, green tea, black tea, black coffee, bulletproof coffee, but you should not take anything that can be chewed.
  • Adoption of liquid diet for 5 days is the only solution in this program if you commit a mistake during the diet.
